  • These prices are for patients paying without insurance and are due at the visit. Patients with insurance may be billed differently.
  • Lab work and outside pathology are billed separately. A full comprehensive assessment requires blood work. You can decide whether to have lab work, and the cost depends on the tests your provider orders.
  • Prices can change. Confirm the current price at check-in.

Not always. The total can depend on the visit, tests, medication, procedures, and outside services. Confirm the scope of the estimate before care begins.
Can I still ask about insurance?
