Primary Care in the Bronx

Moses Medical provides primary care for yearly checkups, sick visits, ongoing conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, and the everyday questions that do not fit anywhere else.

You start with what matters most today. The clinician checks your vitals, examines what is bothering you, and reads through your medication list with you, including anything prescribed somewhere else. If you are managing diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, or cholesterol, the lab work that goes with it can be drawn here during the visit, whether that is an A1C, a metabolic panel, or a cholesterol check.

Part of the work is prevention. When you come in for one thing, we can also check which screenings and vaccines you are due for. Adults managing several conditions at once can see our internal medicine team for a closer look at the whole picture.

Your visits stay with the same care team, so the plan from last time is in front of whoever sees you next. That way the medicine review reflects what you are actually taking, and your numbers have a history behind them.
