- Lab services drawn and processed on-site
Copay and coinsurance amounts depend on the plan your employer selected. Our front desk verifies this before your appointment.
Before You Come In
Cigna HMO members: You need a referral from your PCP before seeing a specialist. If you do not have a PCP yet, choose a Moses Medical provider as yours. Call us at (646) 741-2111 or tell our front desk. Once your PCP is on file, most referrals are written the same day.
Cigna PPO members: You can see any specialist in our office without a referral. You still pay less when you stay in-network.
Cigna Medicare Advantage members: Your plan may cover services beyond Original Medicare, including dental, hearing, vision, and fitness programs. Log into myCigna.com or call 1-800-997-1654 to check.
Bring your Cigna ID card and a photo ID to your first visit. Our team confirms your copay before you see a provider. If any service needs prior authorization, we handle the paperwork.
Benefits Cigna Members Leave on the Table
Your annual wellness visit costs $0 on most plans. The annual wellness visit is separate from a sick visit. It includes blood work and age-based screenings. One checkup a year is the cheapest way to stay ahead of problems.
Federal parity law requires your Cigna plan to cover behavioral health the same way it covers a medical visit. Federal parity law requires it. If work stress, anxiety, or depression is affecting your daily life, behavioral health visits are part of your plan. HMO members get a same-day referral from their PCP. PPO members book directly.
