What to Expect
Join us for a free blood pressure screening event at Moses Medical. Our cardiology and primary care teams will provide:
- Free blood pressure readings with immediate results
- Heart health education tailored to the Bronx community
- Risk assessment for hypertension, heart disease, and stroke
- Follow-up scheduling for anyone with elevated readings
Who Should Attend
This event is open to all community members. It’s especially valuable if you:
- Haven’t had your blood pressure checked in the past year
- Have a family history of heart disease or high blood pressure
- Are over 40 years old
- Have diabetes, are overweight, or smoke
What to Bring
- Your insurance card (if you have one, no insurance required)
- A list of any medications you currently take
- Questions for our providers
No Insurance? No Problem.
This screening is completely free. If follow-up care is needed, Moses Medical accepts most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. We also help uninsured patients connect with coverage options.
